Application & Forms
To be eligible to enroll, a student must be at least 5 years old by September 1st. We give priority to the first 150 applications received by December 9th, 2016, for the 2017-2018 school year. Priority means we are able to guarantee the Parent Interview and Child Visit appointments for those families who have submitted the application by the due date. After December 9th, you may still call the Admissions Office at (310) 394-1313 ext. 107 to discuss applying since enrollment at any level may change right up to the beginning of the next school year.
A non-refundable application fee of $125 must be submitted with your application. Teacher evaluation forms (and transcripts) are required.
