As the School’s Title IX Coordinator, TJ Harney, Director of Finance and Operations, is responsible for the
coordination and implementation of the School's Title IX compliance efforts to foster an environment
that is free from sexual discrimination and harassment. With the help of others, he works to ensure
compliance and consistency in instances of sexual misconduct and work diligently to educate the entire
PS1 community regarding Title IX requirements.

Any student, employee or applicant for employment or admission to the school who believes that he

sexual assault, sexual harassment or other sexual misconduct, may file a complaint with the Title IX
Coordinator.
