Application & Forms

To be eligible to enroll, a student must be at least 5 years old by December 1. If you are interested in submitting an application for the 2020-2021 school year, please contact the admissions office at admissions@psone.org. CLICK HERE to learn more about our December 1 birthday eligibility.

We are now accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year. The deadline to apply for a sibling is Friday, September 25; for a new applicant, it is Friday, December 11, 2020. We give priority to applications received by the deadline, which means we are able to guarantee the scheduling of admissions appointments. After December 11, we will make every attempt to schedule the required appointments in order to consider your child.

A non-refundable application fee of $125 must be submitted with your application form. An application fee reduction is available if you intend to apply for Financial Aid. Please contact Evelyn Cazún at admissions@psone.org for more information.
