Summer Camp
Each summer, PS1’s campus comes alive with creativity, adventure, and the joy of childhood during Power Play Summer Camp. Open to all children, whether or not they attend PS1, this program offers a welcoming space for campers to explore, play, and connect. Many incoming PS1 students especially love attending, as it gives them a fun and gentle way to get to know the campus, teachers, and community before the school year begins.
At Power Play, campers experience the power of play through a wide range of activities, including:
-
Arts and crafts that encourage creativity and imagination
-
Team-building games and sports that promote collaboration and confidence
-
Cooking projects that blend fun, independence, and hands-on learning
-
Outdoor adventures and nature exploration on campus and beyond
-
Weekly water play to stay active and cool under the summer sun
-
Field trips to local favorites like Sky Zone, Golf N' Stuff, Knott’s Berry Farm, Dodger Stadium, and more
Whether a child loves art, movement, challenges, or simply having fun with friends, Power Play offers opportunities to grow, discover, and make lasting memories in a supportive and joyful environment.
