Back by popular demand! Dolly Klock has been a favorite speaker the past few years at PS1 and we are honored to have her join us again.
This workshop will help parents recognize the difference between moodiness and mood disorders, and provide tools for making room for kids' big feelings while regulating our own adult emotions in the process.
PS1's Parent Education Series is designed to bring our community together through inspiring and engaging speakers. This fall we've scheduled three events focused around the school-wide theme of Change and the topic of #PandemicParenting. Through these events we hope to empower parents and offer new perspectives on parenting young children and adolescents through our new REALM.
