PS1 welcomed back students in grades K-6 for the (re-)start to our Hybrid Program. The students are happy... The teachers are happy... It feels like the first day(s) of school. In many ways it is the first day(s) of school!
PS1 is a child-centered environment. It was built to be just that. The students can feel it and their joy of being back at school is palpable. They are engaged in their learning and excited to be with their friends.
PS1 teachers' creativity and love of their profession was evident in every careful moment of preparation and implementation of the Hybrid Program.
We are thrilled to be back!
