The Outside Activities Form will keep us informed with updates on your child’s out-of-school activities, programs and services.

Next, share your own goals, hopes and dreams for the coming year by filling out the September Parent Goals Survey. These completed forms should be returned to the classroom teachers via the Homework Folders before the end of September.
